First of all, please ensure you have accessed the correct property containing the event you are looking for. If you have access to more than one property, use the My Properties option (found on the User Menu) to return to the My Properties page to check this.
There is also the possibility that the Administrator who has created the event has not set the correct permissions for you to access the event you are looking for.
Alternatively, the event may have been 'archived' by the Administrator, which means that they have removed the event from the hotel/venue. If you have access to more than one event at a property, you can use the ‘Search' option to search for specific event(s).
If the problem still persists, contact the Administrator of the event directly or contact our support team for more help with this issue.
