Can I add a document from my Google Drive account?

Yes! As long as the property that you are working with has our Google Drive integration enabled, you can add and interact with documents from a Google Drive account. By selecting the option ‘Browse Google Drive’ when creating a conversation and following the prompts, you can add a document in seconds! Any user with access to your conversation can interact with the document by selecting the 'Download File' option 

Please note that all though this feature is available, it is not supported by all browsers - please check your browser compatibility before using the ‘Browse Google Drive’ feature and ensure that you have ‘Google Drive’ installed on your device.
