What is the 'Download Multiple Files' feature and how do I use it?


By selecting Download Multiple Files option (found on the navigation sidebar when you are in an event), you can view a list of all conversations containing documents that you have access to within your event.



In this area you can search, sort and filter all of your permitted documents within your event as well as select multiple files to be downloaded as a single .zip file if required.



PLEASE NOTE: Files added via Dropbox or Google Drive will not be available when interacting with the Download Multiple Files area. In addition to this, Reference Documents and files added to a Sensitive Documents area will also not be available when using this feature!
